These Terms and Conditions are effective as at 24 December, 2007 and may be amended from time to time.
Cancellation/refund policy
Any booking will only be held for five working days without payment. Cancellations one month or more before attending The Cavern Adelaide will be dealt with on their individual merits. Any booking, or part booking, cancelled in the month immediately prior to joining us will be issued with a voucher, valid for six months, to attend another performance. There will be no refunds given during the peak pre-Christmas season.
Privacy Policy
This web site is owned and operated by The Cavern Adelaide Pty Ltd and will be referred to as "We", "our" and "us" in this Internet Privacy Policy. By using this site, you agree to the Internet Privacy Policy of this web site ("the web site"), which is set out on this web site page. The Internet Privacy Policy relates to the collection and use of personal information you may supply to us through your conduct on the web site.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or remove portions of this Internet Privacy Policy at any time. Delivery
Please allow up to five working days for the delivery of your tickets. If you need them sooner please contact Teresa at The Cavern on 08) 8231 1965. Please ensure that all your contact details on your order form are correct before submitting. The Cavern Adelaide Pty Ltd accepts no liability for tickets that don't arrive to you if you've entered the incorrect delivery details.
Entry, Behaviour and Age policy
i) Any item deemed to be dangerous, hazardous, intimidating or offensive to patrons will not be allowed into the event.
ii) Any patron engaging in behavior deemed to be dangerous, hazardous, intimidating or offensive to other patrons will be ejected from the event immediately with no right to refund or exchange. This will include but is not limited to running, throwing objects; aggression and crowd surfing.
iii) Whilst every precaution has been taken to ensure The Cavern Adelaide Pty Ltd is a safe environment, you enter the venue at your own risk and undertake to notify venue staff of any hazards or dangerous situations that you notice while on site.
iv) Activities such as moshing, crowd surfing, climbing and stage diving are dangerous to yourself and others. The Cavern Adelaide Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any injuries or damages caused by these activities. Patrons engaging in these or other dangerous activities may be removed from the venue.
v) It may be a condition of entry to individual events that a search of person and / or their possessions will be required at the time of the entry to the venue.
vi) Tickets are sold subject to the conditions on the tickets and any additional conditions displayed at the entry to the event.
vii) The Cavern Adelaide Pty Ltd is a licensed venue, official Australian 18+ photo identification will be required for the purchase of alcohol (driver's license, passport). Any patron refused service due to inappropriate identification has no right to any refund or exchange.
viii) Anyone found supplying or buying alcohol for a minor will be evicted from the event & may face criminal charges. Any minor found consuming or in possession of
alcohol will face similar action.
